The digital test route
Forward the client link, complete it online, receive a digital evaluation — the entire test route in one go.
Your personal client link
With your licence you receive a fixed link that contains your licensee code. You forward it to any number of clients — the same URL for each additional person, no new code needed per test.

Forward the client link
You send your client your personal link and the activation code — that is all it takes to start the test.

Complete it online
Your client answers the 324 questions online — in 33 blocks of 10 questions, available in 11 languages. The answers are saved block by block; in total the test takes about 1–1.5 hours.

After approval: the evaluation comes back digitally
The IPP checks the submission and approves the evaluation. You receive the report as a password-protected PDF by email — depending on your delivery setting, it can also go directly to your client. To see what the result looks like, have a look at the sample report.
The paper questionnaire — evaluated digitally
Only the filling-in happens on paper: your clients complete the printed questionnaire; submission and evaluation happen digitally — in three steps.

Questionnaire for printing
You receive the PST‑R questionnaire automatically as a PDF after your licence application — 324 questions, around 1.5 hours to complete. Print it out, hand it to your client, have it filled in.

Sending the answers to the IPP — two routes
Choose the route that suits your setting:
Option AScan & upload the answer sheet (A380)
Transfer the answers to the machine-readable A380 answer sheet — it is already personalised for you and included in your licence package. Then scan it and upload it to our upload portal.

Alternatively, enter the answers from the paper questionnaire directly in the online form via your personal client link — no scan needed.

The evaluation comes back digitally
You receive the evaluation digitally. Already in the licence application you can specify whether the evaluation should go only to you or, in parallel, to your client as well.
