How to take the PST‑R
You can take the test directly through the IPP — or guided by a PST‑R licensee, who will then discuss the results with you.
Directly through the IPP
You take the PST‑R online and receive your written evaluation digitally. Name and email are all we need — link and activation code arrive by email immediately.
With a licensee
To make the most of the PST‑R, we recommend being guided by a PST‑R licensee, who will discuss the results with you. On the BTS website you can find counsellors near you — many also offer online sessions.

Allow yourself enough time (approx. 1–1.5 hours) to complete the PST‑R — but don't think too long about the answers. If you deliberate too long, idealised self-images easily find their way into your answers.
Answer the questions as honestly as possible and try not to project your wishes into your answers. Only then will you get an accurate result about your personality structure.
For individuals, the PST‑R costs 150 € (no VAT). Married couples pay 250 € together — both use the same online link and select the married couples discount in the form. All details on the pricing page.

This is how the direct route via the IPP works — three steps, no waiting.
- 1Request access details
Enter your name and email address. You will immediately receive an email with your online link and the activation code.
- 2Complete the test online
Open the link, enter the activation code and answer the 324 questions — at your own pace, approx. 1–1.5 hours, in several sittings if you like.
- 3Receive your evaluation
Once released by the IPP, you receive your written evaluation encrypted by email, together with the invoice (150 €, no VAT).
